We will be offering both vegetarian and seafood options for a delicious crab curry dinner for your pleasure, served with spiced sorrel.

Appetizers

Sweet Plantain - ripe plantain fried in coconut oil with brown sugar cinnamon

All-Green Spring Slaw - fresh vegan slaw made of green cabbage, sugar snap peas, celery, pumpkin seeds, parsley and chives; topped with homemade dressing.

Main Dish Curry Crab and Dumpling - Fresh shell-on crab with Caribbean curry and spices and boiled oval dumpling

Bahamian Potato Salad - creamy warm potatoes with a fresh chives, red onions and hard boiled eggs served with paprika

Dessert

Black Cake - Christmas cake soaked in dark rum with fruits, brown sugar and bittersweet caramel. Served with vanilla ice cream

Chocolate cake - Rich, dense chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream.

Dinner will be accompanied by live music.
